MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY

All inventors should maintain their invention confidential during the initial invention stages until they have a patent application filed.  If you must disclose your invention to a third-party such as a mold maker, then you should secure Confidentiality Agreements with the third-party to insure that they will not disclose your invention to another.  Not only do you risk having another party "steal" your idea, you potentially can lose valuable patent rights in the United States and in foreign countries by such disclosures.  You should consult with an attorney licensed in your state regarding a Confidentiality Agreement.
